Un lugar muy agradable y tranquilo, el hecho de contar con su piscina privada le da un plus, ya que no necesitar salir mucho para pasarla increible, el departamento tiene muebles y decoracion de primera, la verdad que volveria a rentar con jose sin duda!

The place was beautiful and spotless! The surrounding area is walkable, safe with a lot of cafes and great food spots. The little plaza mall next to the building was also convenient. The apartment itself was quiet, really well maintained and super clean. WiFi was also fast and reliable. Will definitely be back and would reccomend to anyone. Edith was also a great host, friendly and always responsive!

We had a wonderful relaxing time here. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The view from the balcony is stunning! The beach is beautiful and private for guests. José was very responsive to our questions and checked in with us every day to see how things were going. Highly recommend!

El alojamiento superó mi expectativas en todos los sentidos. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos como en casa. El espacio estaba impecablemente limpio y cada detalle estaba cuidado con esmero. La ubicación es inmejorable: cerca de restaurantes, transporte público y las principales atracciones, pero en una zona tranquila que permitía descansar perfectamente. Las fotos no le hacen justicia a lo acogedor que es el lugar en realidad. Nuestro anfitrión fue excepcional: comunicación rápida, check-in sin complicaciones y nos proporcionó recomendaciones locales que resultaron ser fantásticas. Se notaba su dedicación por hacer nuestra estancia lo más cómoda posible. Todo estaba tal como se describía (¡o mejor!): WiFi excelente, cocina completamente equipada, toallas y sábanas de calidad, y algunos detalles de bienvenida que apreciamos mucho. Sin duda volveríamos a quedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos al 100% a cualquier viajero.

Jose was extremely helpful, we had an issue with the door lock, he was there in 10 minutes called a locksmith who arrived in 10 minutes and 10 minutes later problem solved. Fantastic!!!

Amazing location right on the beautiful beach! The staff at this complex is top notch from the cleaners to the restaurant, etc. the pool is heated, which is a huge bonus since the pool doesn’t get much sun during the day I will definitely be returning.

Jose’s place is great. Cozy, comfortable, and the views!!!! gorgeous views. 🥰 The non-stop soundtrack of the waves, the whales and dolphins playing in the ocean, and the sunsets are superior. The staff are very friendly and so helpful, they made us feel at home. There are plenty of sunbeds, and the lovely Carlos will bring them down to the beach with you. We had breakfast nearly every morning at the restaurant, which was delicious. The green juice is a must. The cove in front of the apartment is very pretty, clean, and relatively quiet. The only complaint is the hotel next door that has pool events a couple times a week, which definitely can be annoying, so bring some headphones ;) With trepidation, we highly recommend staying here, with our fear being that the next time we won't be able to find time available

We have stayed in various Airbnb and hotels in Guadalajara over 10 years and this was the best location, value, and most comfortable. It was spotless, convenient yet still quiet and perfect environment with our toddler. José was kind, responsive and very considerate. Will be staying here again!!

Jose’s place at oceanfront Condominios Las Peñas is a wonderful gem. The extra wide sandy beach is spectacular! The unit 401 is beautiful with many amenities, and Jose was the perfect host. I highly recommend Las Peñas for families who want a great playa and heated swimming pool for themselves & their kids. The location along the South Shore simply means a little advance planning with groceries, although there is a little restaurant kitchen onsite and the owners are super friendly. When we went north to Zona Romántica, we just walked about 100 meters to the adjacent Park Royal Hotel and the guys there called a taxi for us, very easy. There’s also a bus stop nearby (just 10 pesos each) to go north to Puerto Vallarta or south to Mismaloya. Back in Las Peñas, the ocean is gorgeous, clean, warm. Of course, be sure to exercise caution and watch yourselves and your kids in the surf: the undertow can be quite strong. That’s the case all along the Bay of Banderas playas.
