From walking distance there's also the famous Bungee Beat, if you want a more extreme experience. Also the romantic area, as some call it, is 10 min. (7.5 km) away and the Malecón of Pto. Vallarta 20 min. (9.5 km) away by car.

The condominium has free private parking. Also, right next to the condo there is a hotel, where you can take a taxi 24/7. There's a city bus that runs frequently and passes by the Gran Park Royal hotel next door. Very economic for going downtown, but note that it's a public transport.
