We really enjoyed our stay at Jose's home - it was so lovely to come to a quiet place and just enjoy the ocean, the nice cool pool, the sunsets and the very comfortable furnishings. There was a small hiccup with the power and water getting turned off for an extended period one of the days we were there, but that was caused by the city and affected many other hotels/homes/businesses/condos up and down the beach from us, not through any fault of Jose's. He was most gracious to give us a small refund for the inconvenience, though and was very responsive to all of my questions throughout our stay! We will definitely be back! Thanks, Jose!

I cannot recommend Jose’s beautiful apartment more highly. From the staff at las Peña’s, to the great central location, fantastic beach and quality beds and linens this Airbnb was beyond my expectations. My family and I are avid travelers and all agreed that this was the best rental we’ve stayed at ever. Honestly no one wanted to go back home. Can’t wait to book with Jose again!

Overall, the stay at Jose’s place was really nice. It’s not in central Puerto Vallarta and that’s what makes it special. The beach is beautiful and the staff are very attentive. Jose was very responsive and if a problem arose he found a solution within the hour. I really enjoyed how it gave us the Airbnb feel with the Hotel service. I’d stay here again. Thank you, Jose!

The condo is gorgeous - both the furnishings and the view. It was perfect for our family (3 couples) for our beach vacation. Very spacious and private for each couple, We cooked in sometimes (kitchen is well equipped to do so) and other times took uber or the public bus (10 pesos ) to other beach towns or back to P.V. Bus is great!!! Staff are awesome here. Waves were big sometimes during our visit and still the beach area was great for swimming in the ocean. My husband enjoyed that the pool was on the warmer side. I can’t emphasize enough beautiful it all was. We were happy relaxing, on all the comfortable furniture -beds, sofa and all other furniture. No need to ever leave, haha. Plenty of hot water for showers. There were 5 bathrooms! Nice to have such large, plush beach towels and the beach chairs - and the washer and dryer. Wi-Fi allowed my husband to do some remote work. Very nice lighting too.

Excelente alojamiento, departamento con súper buena ubicación, con una vista fenomenal, limpieza y Edith muy atenta en todo momento. Sin duda nos volveremos a quedar en el mismo lugar!

This was a great place to stay. The view you have with this condo is amazing. You get your own little beach area as well as a pool for the entire building. The host had everything we needed to make our stay great. The place itself is outdated but it’s super super clean. The cleaning lady is really good and she goes everyday and cleans EVERYTHING daily. This is a great place to stay with a group of friends or family.

A diamond cozy beautiful home condo. the moment you walk in was omg a view to enjoy the sunsets peaceful. this location is top best area providencia guadalajara. lots of security and everyone was so polite! Edith took care of everything to make you feel welcome!! everything was 1st class elegant with a touch of details you will love and also water pressure was excellent to take a shower a plus for the washer and dryer to wash your clothes. this one is a keeper! you coming to guadalajara this is the place to be!! for a couple or 2 people . the balcony was cozy to have a little snack or a drink. very important here this place is not for a child to run around or being in the balcony due the heigh floor level. very clean everything was perfect!
